General Machinery Corporation has developed a NEW Hydrauflake Chunker. The Model 2601 C/S is a frozen block flaker designed to chunk frozen, tempered, or firm products in preparation for further processing.

The Model 2601C/S is safe and simple to operate. Frozen Blocks slide from the loading table into the feed zone. An Automatic ram feeds the frozen blocks to the cutting drum.

Who's Genmac

Genmac BuildingGENMAC (General Machinery Corporation) is a World-Wide supplier of food processing equipment, and cheese cutters for the meat and cheese industry for the past 62 years. It is a Midwestern business located in the friendly city of Sheboygan, Wisconsin located on the western shore of Lake Michigan, just 120 miles north of Chicago, Illinois.

GENMAC had its origins in the early 1940’s and was incorporated in 1949 by David Horwitz. Shortly after, Frank Horwitz (David’s brother), became a partner in the company.  In 1953, Robert (Frank’s son) started working with the company.  In 1963, Michael (David’s son) joined the organization.  Upon David and Frank’s retirement in 1975, Robert and Michael assumed responsibilities for GENMAC’s day-to-day operations.  Robert became President, and Michael was named Secretary and TrGenmac Buildingeasurer.  Upon Robert’s passing in 2005, Michael Horwitz assumed the duties as President.

GENMAC continues to offer the highest quality machinery and serve its customers worldwide with the same personal dedication and service they have prided themselves for the past 62 years.
